STAFAR Consulting was established in September, 2004 with the objective of providing independent and objective consulting services mainly to foreign businesses operating or planning to operate in Uzbekistan. In 2008, STAFAR Human Resource Management Company was established to assist with HR services. Nowadays, STAFAR companies with around 20 specialists with Western educational background, 5 years of professional experience on local market and world famous clients like Asian Development Bank, Nokia Siemens Networks, Cisco Systems Management B.V., TechTrans Inc., Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd., Siemens, Western Union take one of the leading positions on the consulting market of Uzbekistan. The geography of our clients requests spreads from United States, United Kingdom, Italy to CIS countries, Korea and China interested in investing in real estate, energy, oil and gas, insurance, financial, retail and other industries in Uzbekistan.
Our company has successfully accomplished strategic business consulting project within the framework of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Business Advisory Services Programme. We are also partners with the Chamber of Commerce of Uzbekistan in the sphere of conducting marketing researches in Uzbekistan. In 2008, we entered into partnership agreement with International Legal Group, one of the leading growing legal companies in Uzbekistan. In 2007 and 2008, STAFAR Consulting Company has been the General Project Management Consultant for the Sony Ericsson WTA Tour Tashkent Open 2008 and worked closely with the Tennis Federation of Uzbekistan in making the tournament an unforgettable event.
