DEVELOPMENT OF OUTSTAFFING IN UZBEKISTAN

Nowadays more and more companies give particular attention to issues related to human resource management with the view of gaining and sustaining competitive advantage. Human resource management in contemporary business environment is more than just payroll and staff record keeping. Now it embraces complex strategy development in the area of personnel management including development of recruiting and selection policies, motivation schemes, trainings, personnel appraisal, corporate culture. Consequently, company’s expenditures on personnel as well as a need to expand human resource department are growing. However, the ultimate business aim is profit maximization along with costs optimization. Thus, eventually company’s management faces the issue of finding ways towards personnel costs and accompanying risks optimization along with maintenance of human resource management quality and employees productivity. Outstaffing can become one of the effective ways towards the issue solving.

Network future of restaurants

Local restaurant market is rather young and has a high potential for development. It can be proved by the fact that 42% of the restaurants and cafes that operate in Tashkent market are less than one year old, only 13% – are from 5 to 8 years, 11% – are more than 8 years. According to experts surveyed the number of existing restaurants/cafes in the market is quite sufficient: 51% of respondents are of such an opinion, and only 18% of respondents believe the market is not consolidated. But all of them agree that there are few high-grade restaurants with quality service and good cuisine. If one applies to market segmentation then today 58.3% of the restaurants are positioned as fashionable restaurants, i.e. expensive restaurants, 33.3% position themselves as middle class restaurants, and 41.7% as art-cafés, café-bars etc.
